Jammin through the ages: Evan has taken piano lessons, voice lessons (musical theatre, classical) and earned a Theatre Arts degree from Boston College. As a choral singer he's performed under the direction of Michael Smith, Edith Thompkins, and John Williams. His theatrical endeavors have included everything from performing with Mary-Mitchell Campbell, set and prop work with Punchdrunk Theater on the Boston premiere of Sleep No More, to directing student theater from preschool to college. Performance credits include American Idiot (Johnny), Peter Pan (Captain Hook), Pirates of Penzance (Frederic), Private Lives (Victor), Sister Act (TJ), Jesus Christ Superstar (Apostle), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Chip), The Threepenny Opera (Mack), A New Brain (Gordon). Every time you sing is an opportunity to live the diva dream.

How Evan jams with you: “My approach to each music student is to balance the fun of learning to play their instrument with the responsibilities of practice and improvement,” says Evan. Evan loves teaching all genres of music but has a fondness for Broadway, rock, folk, and soul. "Lesson books are important, but so is picking out songs you want to learn - that's the only way you can learn to teach yourself how to play a song."
