Jam Approach Mica was raised in an environment that nurtured her deep love for music and gave her the tools to use it to express, grow and discover who she is. As an educator, Mica hopes to pass that same opportunity and experience on to her students. She believes that music is a deeply personal and oftentimes vulnerable process, and she aims to create a space that is open, supportive, and encouraging. Above all, Mica hopes to help each student gain confidence, a sense of connection, and a lifelong love for music they’ll carry with them always.
