Photography &
Videography Release

  • Jammin With You has permission to use photographs and videos of you and your child(ren) to publicly promote Jammin With You.

  • You agree that these videos/images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. You also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.

  • Photography and/or videography may be obtained during a lesson, a class, a SuperJAM, or other Jammin With You involved event.

  • To opt out of this release, please send an email to Shana Gondelman.

Liability

  • You release Jammin With You, it’s instructors, officers, directors, any parent, subsidiary, or other affiliated entities and its instructors, from any and all liability and responsibility in any case of personal injury, property damage or loss, injury, accident, or misconduct. In no event shall Jammin With You be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, which are hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • At our events and parties, we like to end with a cozy campfire. As part of this tradition, we typically distribute marshmallows to our guests. The brand we most often use is Kraft Jet-Puffed.     By attending our event, you acknowledge that we may distribute marshmallows and that you have the option to opt out of having your child eat them or to bring your own marshmallows. We understand that some children may have dietary restrictions or allergies, and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included in our activities.

    If you have any questions or concerns about our marshmallow distribution, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our events.
