Studio Policies
Registration
A $45 non-refundable annual registration fee, per family, is required at time of enrollment.
Tuition is prorated if starting after the first class of the session.
You will be invoiced and your credit card will be charged at the beginning of each month for all classes scheduled.
Unless JWY cancels a class, you are charged for all classes in the session for which you enrolled.
All classes must be paid by credit card. Once your credit card is registered, you authorize Jammin With You to charge the card for all open invoices.
When you register, you are registering for a full session (Fall, Winter, Spring). You are committing to the entire length of that session. We operate our programming by session, not month-to-month.
Session Re-Enrollment
All students are automatically re-enrolled from one session to the next, starting in Fall and continuing through the Spring session. Students are NOT automatically re-enrolled into the Summer session.
During your current session, JWY will notify you of the un-enrollment period. If you do not want to remain enrolled in your current class day and time for the subsequent session, you must fill out an un-enrollment form to let us know.
Any un-enrollment that occurs after the notified un-enrollment period and before the start of the subsequent session will incur a $25 fee. No refunds will be issued for late un-enrollments.
After the second class of any session, no cancellations, refunds or credits will be offered for un-enrollments.
Un-enrollment from our JamBAND program is not allowed after the second class.
Upon registration, participants are granted the opportunity to withdraw from the program until the conclusion of the second class. After this day, mid-session cancellations will not be accommodated for any reason. Refunds or credits will not be issued for mid-session cancellations.
Cancellations
If you need to change your registration (class day and time), we will do our best to accommodate your change request. We cannot guarantee availability in your requested class.
Class Change Request
Trial Classes
& Drop-ins
Prospective students may attend one trial class before committing to the program. The trial class will be charged at $30 for JamBABY, $35 for JamKIDS, Bucket JAMS, Singin with You and $40 for all other classes.
Siblings may drop in to a class with an enrolled family with a $10 discount.
Guests may drop in to a class with an enrolled family with a $10 discount.
Siblings under the age of 6 months may attend with an enrolled family for free.
Make-up classes
Two make-ups are permitted per session and must be arranged in advance by filling out this form.
Make-up classes do not carry over to other sessions.
No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes due to family illness, emergency or scheduling conflict.
Photography &
Videography Release
Jammin With You has permission to use photographs and videos of you and your child(ren) to publicly promote Jammin With You.
You agree that these videos/images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. You also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.
Photography and/or videography may be obtained during a lesson, a class, a SuperJAM, or other Jammin With You involved event.

marshmallow distribution disclaimer
At some of our classes, events and parties, we like to end with a cozy campfire. As part of this tradition, we typically distribute marshmallows to our guests. The brand we most often use is Kraft Jet-Puffed. If you are curious about the exact ingredients in these marshmallows, you can find the full list by clicking here.
By attending our event, you acknowledge that we may distribute marshmallows and that you have the option to opt out of having your child eat them or to bring your own marshmallows. We understand that some children may have dietary restrictions or allergies, and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included in our activities.
If you have any questions or concerns about our marshmallow distribution, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our events.
Liability
You release Jammin With You, our instructors, officers, directors, any parent, subsidiary, or other affiliated entities and its instructors, from any and all liability and responsibility in any case of personal injury, property damage or loss, injury, accident, or misconduct. In no event shall we be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, which are hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether either of us has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By registering for class and lessons, you agree to receive email and text notifications pertaining to cancelations, weather changes (if applicable), and other relevant information.
Communication
Unless written notice is given to the studio, permission is granted to Jammin With You and its operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. Parent/Guardian must also submit written notice for any physical/mental problems, restrictions or conditions.
Medical Emergencies
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time and without prior notice unless a material change is made; in which case we will notify you through the email you have on file. Your use of our services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the policies as changed.
