Music Doesn’t Have to Be a Solo Sport

Some kids come alive when they get to create alongside other kids.

That’s what group music at Jammin With You is all about.

Depending on the program, students might sing together, experiment with rhythm, learn to harmonize, play alongside other musicians, write songs, rehearse for a performance, or finally experience what it feels like to be part of an actual band.

And while they’re making music, they’re also learning how to listen, collaborate, communicate, commit to something, and build confidence alongside other kids.

The musical growth is important, but so is having somewhere they’re excited to show up.

There’s a Jam for Every Stage

For the littlest musicians and their grown-ups.

JamBABY gives babies and toddlers an energetic, playful introduction to music through singing, movement, rhythm, and shared musical experiences.

For preschool and kindergarten-age kids ready to explore music a little more independently.

They’ll move, sing, play, experiment, and build an early relationship with music in a class designed to keep young kids engaged.

For the kid who sings in the car, around the house, into a hairbrush, or anywhere else they can find an audience.

Students work on vocal technique while exploring songs from pop to musical theater. Along the way, they learn to harmonize, blend, listen to one another, and build the confidence to use their voice.

For musicians who are ready to stop practicing alone and start playing together.

JamBAND brings students of comparable skill levels together to rehearse, collaborate, arrange music, write songs, perform, and experience what being part of a band is really like.
