Jam Approach: Callie believes in positive reinforcement and a positive learning environment. When her students feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes, then the most impactful learning takes place. She hopes her students will learn that mistakes are how we grow in our craft and failure is okay as long as we get back up and learn from our experiences.
