Ed-jam-ucation: Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from SUNY Purchase College. Lee’s musical journey began with piano lessons in kindergarten. They first picked up the alto saxophone at school in 4th grade, joined the Pollard Jazz Ensemble in 8th grade and have never looked back! In High School, Lee assisted with an elementary school honors jazz band as well as Wicked Cool For Kids music programming during the summers.

How Lee JAMS with you: Lee’s goal as a teacher is to pass on all of the knowledge they were fortunate enough to learn while studying under legendary performers during their time at the conservatory. They are warm, even-tempered, patient and fun! Using a good mix of theory, technique, classical and fun repertoire, Lee serves as an excellent role model for all of their students and creates unique and meaningful connections with each.
